Writers Block?

Hi!

Just wanted to shared that I'm currently working on a short film and feature film. I get writers block really bad sometimes and wanted to hear how some of you people get through it.

Here is some ways I get through it, very briefly.

1. Music
It's that simple sometimes I listen to music and just let everything fade aways. This sometimes even leads to new ideas for future projects for me.

2.  Always have an outline!
Always have an outline for your story before you even start writing the actual screenplay. This will help keep you on track and to the point in your story, without drifting in the story line.

3. Write what you know.
If you are writing about what you know, it's less likely you'll get stuck.

4. Don't revise during the first draft.
Just get it all out there first then you can edit it.

5. Create a deadline.
I know this personally works for me. If I have a deadline then I work a lot harder to complete my project.

6. TAKE A BREAK!
Everyone needs breaks, its simple and easy!

There is so many way to help prevent and get through writers block, this post would be 100 pages long!

Comment below how you get through writers block.

Thanks
